Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Implementation Specialist to join our team with a strong emphasis on customer service and solution consulting. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the entire project lifecycle—from project kickoff, software configuration, training, and go-live support.

You’ll manage multiple implementations at a time, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Your goal is to deliver a superior customer experience by understanding each client’s business needs, tailoring our WMS solution accordingly, and providing clear communication throughout. 

If you have three (3) years or more of in-depth experience with ERP or Inventory systems (preferably Sage 100 or Sage Intacct) and a solid understanding of operational warehousing concepts and supply chain management, we would be happy to consider you.

Sales Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Administrator to join our sales team with a strong emphasis on customer service, diligent communication, and meticulous attention to detail. 

In this role, you will assist our Business Account Managers by maintaining our sales CRM via accurate data entry of sales activities, facilitating communication with prospects and partners, creating quotes, and monitoring internal sales processes.
